Biscotti is a lovely import from Von Itjaga in Germany. Very balanced, she will compliment our boys and contribute to our social temperaments.

Temperament

Biscotti, affectionately nicknamed "Mouse", is a bouncy and giddy female who doesn't meet a stranger. This is not particularly characteristic of the breed, but we love it especially in our quest to ensure social stability in our lines. She has shown an affinity for playing with young puppies and being an all around dog friend to all her pack mates. As she is a new addition to our crew, we look forward to seeing what she accomplishes in the upcoming year.
